WeIGNITE, powered by EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, is a highly interactive, in-person WBENC executive education program, brought to you by Wells Fargo. EOS® is a set of simple, practical, real-world tools that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams improve the operational value of their businesses.
During this 2-day program, Certified EOS Implementers® help WBEs achieve TRACTION in their businesses through learning to self-implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System described in the book Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business by Gino Wickman. Participating WBEs will receive a copy of the book Traction and will also enjoy special insight from our exclusive sponsor, Wells Fargo.

Program Schedule:
- Tues., August 6th, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
- Wed., August 7th, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
Hotel and Travel: Partner hotel information will be released upon acceptance into the program. Each participant is responsible for their own travel booking and expenses, including hotel stay, airfare, rail, auto, transfers, tolls, parking, etc.
Candidate Eligibility:
- Currently WBENC-Certified and in good standing as a Women’s Business Enterprise by WBENC and Regional Partner Organization
- One owner per company
- Demonstrate leadership maturity and are committed to further building organizational processes
