Shaniece Bennett is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), trusted business advisor and consultant. Her main areas of expertise include government contracting, small business taxation, accounting, payroll, and financial management. Shaniece offers over 20 years of private and public sector experience through her firm Accutrak Consulting and Accounting Services PLLC.

Shaniece is actively engaged in small business support, education, economic development, and many leadership associations. She is a native of Detroit and proud to advise others in the community on how to maximize their unique business opportunities while minimizing financial risk. She brings a fresh business perspective that can generate immediate and long-term return on investment advice.

Ashley D. McLeod is the Director of National Lending Programs at Capital Impact Partners, part of the Momentus Capital Family. Ashley McLeod is responsible for the management and oversight of innovative lending products to support underestimated communities. She has over ten years of experience in the economic development and strategy sector. Ashley holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Fifth Third Bank | Vice President, Business Development
Having started her career as an analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago, Juliana Perry quickly moved into the private sector at Comerica Bank in Detroit as a credit analyst. For nearly 25 years Juliana held positions in credit, small business lending and private banking building a rich track record of experiences.

In 2007 Juliana came to Fifth Third Bank where she is a relationship manager developing financial solutions for companies that have revenue from $2MM to $30MM. Since arriving at Fifth Third Juliana has drawn on her deep experience in credit and specialized programming to support companies in broad range of industries and is often called upon to speak at various small business organization functions.
