For diverse & locally-owned businesses in support of PGA of America events
In keeping with its vision for a golf industry supply chain that mirrors America, the PGA of America is launching PGA VendorMatch in support of its 2022 PGA Championship events. Minority, women, LGBT, Disabled, and Veteran business owners are invited to participate in PGA VendorMatch. Individuals can register through November 9, 2021, at the link below to potentially interview with larger direct PGA suppliers for sourcing opportunities leading up to, during, and after the below 2022 PGA events:
- PGA Championship – Southern Hills C.C., Tulsa, OK (May 16-22)
- KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship – Harbor Shores Resort, Benton Harbor, MI (May 26-29)
- KPMG Women’s PGA Championship – Congressional C.C., Bethesda, MD (June 21-26)
PGA facilitates PGA VendorMatch to assist its Major Championship Prime Suppliers in identifying prospective, certified, minority-, woman-, Veteran-, disabled-, service-disabled Veteran, and LGBT-owned businesses that can provide products and/or services in the following nine (9) categories:
- Transportation / bus services (sprinters, transit vans, minibuses and motorcoaches)
- Catering / food services (cater & deliver lunches)
- Housing / lodging (1 br / 1 ba or 2 br / 2 ba apartments or homes for rent)
- Unskilled, non-union labor (janitorial services, forklift operators, unload trucks, tenting, flooring, carpentry, painting, parking attendants, security guards)
- Electrician services
- Freight vendors (transporting freight, rollbacks, OTR freight hauler)
- Fueling vendors
- Florals
- Equipment & truck rentals (forklifts, genie lifts, box trucks, stake bed trucks, event rentals)
