The moderator is Ms. Colette Douglas a certified WBE, member of Great Lakes Women’s Business Council, black female business owner, and president of Elite Customer Service (ECS). ECS is an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based consulting firm. ECS brings business etiquette training with a focus on customer service and ethics delivered on a virtual platform—live and on-demand. Colette brings 30 years of experience to the business community. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and her Master’s of Science Administration from Central Michigan University. She also holds a certificate in Building High-Performing Business from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover New Hampshire.
Panelist Pamela Smith is CEO and Managing Member of PTS Compliance Consulting, LLC. As the owner, she provides certification documentation reviews for women, minority, and veteran-owned businesses. Pamela is currently a member of the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCo), and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Greater Detroit Chapter. She has helped over 80 companies become certified as Women Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, and/or Veteran Owned Businesses.
Panelist Satish Ramade is a business owner, technologist, and entrepreneur. Satish founded and runs Agile Zone, a software company providing Digital Marketing and eCommerce solutions for businesses of all sizes. Satish lives in Superior Township with his wife and three children.
